You will receive an email confirming your entry shortly after.

Confirmation emails are typically sent within 10–15 minutes of your purchase. During peak periods, it may take slightly longer. Your ticket numbers are generated instantly.

 4.⁠ ⁠Where Can I View My Chance Numbers?

Log in to your account and go to My Tickets. There you’ll find all your entries for each giveaway you’ve participated in.

 5.⁠ ⁠How Will I Know If I’ve Won?

Winners are contacted via email and/or phone within 7 days of the contest closing. If your contact details change, it is your responsibility to update your account before the draw. If we are unable to contact the winner within 14 days, an alternate winner may be selected.

After entries close, all valid entries are included in a randomised draw . The draw is broadcast live on TikTok or YouTube for full transparency.
