These Terms and Conditions (“T&Cs”) apply to all Giveaways listed on our website. Entry into any Giveaway constitutes full acceptance of these T&Cs.

2. Nature of the Giveaways
All Giveaways operated by Premium Giveaways require participants to answer a question or solve a task that demonstrates knowledge or reasoning ability (“Skill Question”).
There is no element of chance, and only those who submit correct answers will be eligible for selection.

3. Entry Process
•Giveaways run between the dates shown on each listing.
•Giveaway is open to individuals aged 18 or over and legally resident in eligible regions.
•The number of entries per person is limited as specified per competition.
•Each Giveaway must include a correct answer to the Skill Question.
•All participants may enter for free via the method described in the Terms and on the website (postal entry).
•All entries (including free entries) are treated equally.
•Confirmation of entry will be issued upon receipt of payment or valid free entry.
All of our Giveaways can be entered for free by post. To enter by post, you must clearly write the following information on a blank sheet of paper or postcard:

•Full address (including postcode)
•Email address
•Date of birth
•Contact telephone number
•The name of the Giveaway you wish to enter
•Your answer to the Giveaway question

Each free postal entry must be submitted individually and posted with a fully paid postage stamp. Bulk entries in a single envelope or postcard, or those sent by registered or tracked post, will not be accepted and will be disqualified.
. Postal entries must be received before the published closing date and time of the Giveaways. Any entries received after this date will not be entered into the draw.
Incomplete, illegible, photocopied or computer-generated entries will be disqualified. We accept no responsibility for any entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected, damaged, or not delivered for any reason.
By submitting a postal entry, you confirm that you have read and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and that you meet all eligibility criteria.

Draw Extension
The organizer reserves the right to extend the Giveaway period as long as necessary until at least 80% are sold. No prizes will be awarded and no refunds will be issued during this extended period.
4. Giveaway Timing
•Giveaways may be extended up to three times if participation thresholds are not met.
•Deadlines are clearly displayed on each Giveaway page.
•A Giveaway will only conclude after the participation threshold is met and all entries are validated.

5. Selection Process
•Only participants who have correctly answered the Skill Question will be considered.
•A final selection is made using a verifiable and transparent method, from the pool of eligible entries.
•Participants will be contacted via the details provided in their account or entry form.
•If a selected participant cannot be reached or fails to verify eligibility within 14 days, another eligible participant may be selected.
•Information about final selections may be published, unless otherwise requested by the participant.

6. Eligibility
•Employees or close associates of the Promoter are not eligible.
•Participants must be able to verify their identity and eligibility upon request.
•Fraudulent or automated entries are strictly prohibited.
•The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant for behavior inconsistent with fair participation.

7. Items Offered

•All images are for illustrative purposes only; actual items may differ slightly in appearance or condition.
•Some items may include a cash alternative, where clearly stated.
•Items are non-transferable and non-refundable.
If the item is a vehicle:
•Road tax, insurance, and licensing are the responsibility of the selected participant.
•MOT will be valid where required.
If the item is property:
•Stamp duty and legal transfer fees are covered by the Promoter.
•The participant must complete title transfer within 90 days.

8. Entry Fees & Refunds

•All paid entries are final and non-refundable.
•In the event that a Giveaway is cancelled or not completed, the Promoter may:

•Offer participants a refund or transfer to another Giveaway.
•No refunds will be provided if a participant is later found to be ineligible or disqualified.
